About Dojang

Real work is the only real test.

In a world where AI can help anyone sound capable, Dojang gives you a way to see real work instead: a secure, tailored work trial for every candidate, built around the job itself.

Our story

Hiring decisions were resting on the wrong evidence.

Most hiring and upskilling decisions still rest on a CV, an interview, or a multiple-choice test. None of those show whether someone can actually do the work: make the right call under a bit of pressure, and get the outcome a business actually needs. AI has only made this harder — a polished CV or a confident interview answer is easier than ever to produce, genuine or not.

We started Dojang to close that gap. Instead of asking candidates to describe their skills, we give them real work to do and see exactly how they handle it. It is the same standard you would hold an existing employee to, applied before you hire or promote anyone.

Dojang is a UK company. We built the platform we wished existed: one that shows what someone can actually do on the job, and flags when the work is not genuinely theirs.

Our mission

Dojang exists to make it effortless for businesses to assess candidates on real work, quickly, securely, and simply enough that everyone invited knows exactly where to go and what to do.

That means no setup calls, no shared logins, and no guesswork about who is allowed to see what. Every candidate gets their own secure space to do the work, scoped to the role you are assessing, and nothing lingers once it is done.

It also means the result you get back is one you can stand behind: a clear picture of what a candidate actually did, checked against a standard set by someone who has done the job for real.

Our values

What we hold ourselves to.

Rigor

We hold every work trial to a standard set by someone who has actually done the job. A generic checklist does not meet that bar. If it does not reflect the real job, we do not ship it.

Fairness

Everyone going for a role gets the same work trial, the same brief, and the same standard. A result should reflect what someone did, whoever wrote their CV.

Credibility

An assessment only means something if you can see what it is based on. We show the exact work and the specific check it passed or failed, so nothing is left unexplained.

See a candidate work through a real assessment.
